LOS ANGELES – January 8, 2019 – Joshua Perttula, a founding partner of Abington Emerson Investments, LLC (“Abington Emerson”), is presenting a continuing legal education webinar on Opportunity Zones for the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Perttula is scheduled to discuss the following topics: (1) What is the purpose of the Opportunity Zone program, (2) Description of enabling legislation and recently issued guidance, (3) Creation of Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds and (4) Investments in Opportunity Zone property and businesses.
