TRAVERSE CITY, MI – December 2021 - Abington Emerson Investments LLC closed the acquisition of Suburban Estates Mobile Home Park in Traverse City, Michigan.
Suburban Estates is a 76-unit Manufactured Housing Community located on an estimated 20 +/- Acres adjacent to Downtown Traverse City. The Property features a playground for children, upgraded water system and walking trails to Twin Lakes Park.
The Property was acquired as a value-add investment as the lot rents at the time of acquisition were substantially below market and there is excess land available for expansion and additional units.
