John Racich

John Racich is responsible for the acquisition, management and sale of real estate investments in the Midwest region of the United States, primarily focused on the Illinois market. Over the last four years, Abington Emerson has acquired and disposed of over 200 assets totaling a liquidation sales price of $40M. Mr. Racich has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years, including as vice president of the Retail Distribution at a national mortgage company. John earned a Bachelor in Business Administration majoring in Finance from the University of Iowa. Mr. Racich currently holds a real estate brokers license in the State of Illinois.
