Katie Rubio

Katie Rubio is the Operations Associate at Abington Emerson and is responsible for internal office operations and procedures. Katie has worked in the commercial and residential real estate industry since 2013. Prior to joining Abington Emerson, she worked at Progressive Real Estate Partners, a brokerage firm in Rancho Cucamonga, where she assisted their top broker with a high volume of commercial leasing and sales. Ms. Rubio also held a position at a boutique residential investment office in Claremont, where she was responsible for drafting and processing all real estate transactional documents, accounts payable, as well as, managing all vendors and construction teams. Ms. Rubio is attending school locally in pursuit of her degree. She is also a licensed salesperson in the State of California.
